Martha, I am deeply sorry for your loss.  Such great memories of Scuba in our block parties in Valdez, Elks Lodge darts and limitless projects at the Terminal.  Good times all around.  Many prayers to YOU and the family.  Ken and Deb White

Martha, please know I am thinking of you during this loss. Steve was funny, kind, helpful at work, a very good person. Lots of good times with the gang. I know how you may be feeling as I lost my 91 year old dad just days ago. May we both find peace with all the wonderful memories of the people we loved. Take good care yourself.

Sorry to hear about steve. He was truly a pleasure to work with and a very intelligent person. He and Martha were among the owner company volunteers who came to help after we loaned numerous people to the NEC project in Valdez. I really enjoyed working with both of them.

Martha, My sincere condolences.

I had a chance to work with Steve on multiple projects over the last 10 years.  Even after his retirement from Alyeska, he continued to support us, most recently at Pump Station 5 on replacement of the injection pump system.  As others have said, he was just a terrific guy.  He was the kind of engineer that when he showed up, the problems went away.  I can think of no higher compliment.
